My 10 minute farce Hacks based on my short story will be performed by Equity Library Theater on Saturday August 16 with four other short plays and a monologue. Showtime is 1PM and location is the Hamilton Grange branch of the New York Public Library on W. 145th St. Here are the people putting on this production.
KM Jones, the director, is committed to Diversity, Inclusivity, LGBTQIA+, and Neurodivergent voices in Theatre/Film. She is a member of Actors’ Equity Association, an associate member of Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and has directed over a dozen stage plays in the New York City area. His favorite NYC Theatre roles include the titular lead character in The Minotaur at American Theatre of Actors, Orin Scrivello, D.D.S. in Little Shop of Horrors at EPIC Players/Sheen Center, Burp in the NYC premiere of The Perfection of the Donut at The Tank, and Tybalt in Romeo & Juliet at EPIC Players/ART NY for which he was also the fight choreographer. For film and TV Jayce has appeared in Shattered, JonTron, and The Raging Elephant. Dante is also a pro wrestling champion on the independent circuit, SAFD certified and recommended fight director, teacher of neuro-diverse acting students, and a rock singer. He’s trained at HB Studio, the Dramatists Guild Institute at Saint Francis College in Brooklyn Heights, and has a B.A. in Performance Studies from the Florida State University Theatre Academy London. His playwrighting credits include Twentysomethings, Red Hoodie Diaries, Mind the Gap, and he has podcasted six seasons of The Satirically Challenged Show as Redhood. She can also be heard as the Spanish voice on several telephone systems for IT companies, hospitals, and PSAs. Susanne’s family is originally from Colombia.
