Zoom Play This Thursday!

Dermalogic, a two act workplace drama, will be performed over Zoom this Thursday February 25th at 7PM EST. To work around the pandemic each actor will be performing in front of their own computers and the Zoom will be hosted by Theater for the New City, a venerable off-Broadway theater company. Dermalogic is an ensemble story of a small skin care company that’s about to go big and the pressure it puts on its employees to rise to the challenge. Battle lines are drawn and alliances are made as everyone plots to either move ahead or just survive in the new workplace landscape. The play is a look how economic demands and power inequities run people’s lives. Many thanks to John David West at TNC, director Byron C. Saunders, and the wonderful cast for bringing this together!

The Zoom performance of Dermalogic can be watched live online on TNC’s website https://theaterforthenewcity.net/
